                                                                 Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our primary concern. All orders are custom made to your request. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within one week of receipt of your order with the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will gladly refund your purchase price. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

                                Shipping Charges

There is a flat rate shipping charge of $5.00 for orders up to $150 (approximately1 lb.). Larger orders will be charged by weight.


Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail flat rate box with tracking and delivery confirmation. Depending on your location you should expect to receive your order within 1 - 2 weeks.

Orders over $150 require a signature.
